What you will do in your working day

Duties will include all aspects of horse care, e.g.

  • Grooming
  • Mucking out
  • Trimming and clipping
  • Plaiting
  • Lunging training
  • Riding and exercise of horses
  • Health care
  • Feeding
  • Assisting with events
  • Assisting with customer care and experience
  • Sole responsibility at times
  • Chance to compete and go to training venues

The training you will be getting

  • Equine Groom Level 2
  • Performance Coach will visit in the work place
  • Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2 if not exempt (certificates to be provided for exemption)
