The individual will support the H&S Compliance Manager and other members of the team whilst working within an office environment. The role will cover a range of areas including our quality management system, legal compliance and health & safety.

What you will do in your working day

Duties include:

  • Scanning, and filing documents
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including couriers
  • Taking telephone calls
  • Dealing with e-mails
  • Photocopying
  • Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Monitoring/maintaining our digital data collection app
  • Helping with general administrative duties
  • Assist in gathering and compiling internal information in response to regulatory requests
  • Support management in maintaining all relevant accreditations
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Apprenticeship, to include:

  • Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrator
  • Level 2 Knowledge Component
  • Functional Skills in maths and English (as required)
  • PLTS

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • All applicants will be considered for a full-time position within the company following the completion of the apprenticeship.
