What you will do in your working day

  • Shadowing current sales staff on house viewings with the eventual aim being to build up confidence and competence to complete house viewing alone
  • Recording details from clients regarding their house purchasing requirements such as number of bedrooms, area of land etc.
  • Arrange suitable viewings based on analysis of customer requirements
  • Work alongside administration staff with inputting data
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Communicating with and supporting tenants

You will have monthly meetings with your trainer via video call, during working hours. Your employer will also allow you time, during working hours, to work towards your apprenticeship.

Possibility of full-time position on completion of apprenticeship and subject to company needs.
