What you will do in your working day

  • Greeting patients
  • Answering the telephone, making appointments and passing on messages to the relevant staff
  • Responding to emails
  • Maintaining filing systems 
  • Organising and updating records 
  • Any other administration duties 

The training you will be getting

  • You will be required to attend and study at Kidderminster College one day a week in order to achieve the Business Administrator Apprenticeship level 3. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There may be the opportunity to progress into a full time administrator upon successful completion of your apprenticeship.
