What you will do in your working day

We are looking for the right candidate to join our busy operations team. The right candidate will learn and apply a range of business administration techniques, whilst completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Working under the experienced guidance of our team to:

• Support with sales order process
• Raise and progress contract reviews around the business
• Raise work orders and distribute to relevant departments
• Maintain customer databases
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery updates
• General office administration duties
• Support with KPI generation
• Support with customer portal management
• Maintain trackers
• Update production schedules where necessary
• Support MRP and system implementation 
• Customs paperwork and commercial invoicing
• Provide support to all departments as and when required
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to streamline processes
• Assist in data entry tasks, such as updating production records, inventory

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship, including Functional Skills, if required. Work-based learning. On job supervision with experienced colleagues.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There will be a full time position available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
