    Minimum Wage Rates

  • Working week

    39 hours per week; 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 3.00pm Friday. After apprenticeship completion, hours of work will be rotational shifts (6am-2pm Mon-Thurs, 6am-1pm Fri and 2pm-10pm Mon-Thurs, 1pm-8pm Fri).

What you will do in your working day

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Accurately picking and assembling loads.
  • Picking and supplying stock to production.
  • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck.
  • Use of barcoding scanner system.
  • Involvement in cycle counts and stock takes
  • Comply with H&S regulations.

The training you will be getting

  • Warehouse and Supply Chain qualification. 
  • Counterbalance forklift truck licence.
  • Delivery of training to be confirmed.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

For successors, there will be an opportunity for a full-time permanent contract as a Warehouse Operative.
