What you will do in your working day

Main duties:

• Inputting sales orders onto Sage 200 accounting system and maintaining warehouse tracking systems
• Posting supplier invoices to Sage 200, and eventually posting supplier payments and customer receipts
• Preparing and maintaining samples, folding and stocking up the drawers, labelling etc
• Sending samples out to prospective customers
• Keeping filing up to date and in order
• Shredding
• Ordering and maintaining office stationery levels
• Franking the post and taking to the post office
• Answering calls and accurately recording and relaying messages

As they grow the person would becoming part of the Accounts and Sales Support team, but also be able to assist purchasing with simple tasks as required.


The training you will be getting

Full apprenticeship training provided, working towards an Advanced Level Apprenticeship gaining a Level 3 business admin qualification.
