What you will do in your working day

  • General office admin duties including written communication, email, printing, scanning, photocopying, mail merging and telephone answering
  • You will need to assist and direct clients through verbal and written communication
  • You will be generating and promoting the business to external customers

The training you will be getting

  • You will gain a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship qualification
  • Maths and English Functional skills, if applicable
  • Internal on the job training, with monthly off the job training at Protocol in Birmingham City Centre

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the right candidate could progress to be offered a full-time employment
