What you will do in your working day

  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
  • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

The training you will be getting

  • Commis chef Level 2 Certificate
  • The apprentice will do the training one day a week, usually a Monday, at Brockenhurst College (Lyndhurst Road, Brockenhurst)
  • The training will be one day a week
