What you will do in your working day

Duties includes:

• Provide essential administrative assistance to the existing administrative team

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and suppliers, via email and  telephone

• Build and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the services provided are meeting their needs

• Support delivery of the company services, ensuring internal procedures and processes are followed at all times

• Maintain in-house systems, ensuring that data entered is accurate and relevant

• Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

• Receiving deliveries, updating stock, processing purchase and sales orders; miscellaneous accounting tasks

• Undertake in-house training and attend external apprenticeship training as and when required
