What you will do in your working day

Your training and day to day duties will include:

General Admin Duties:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers or suppliers via email or over the phone, logging customer calls in internal systems as appropriate
  • Organising filing systems and updating office databases
  • Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Maintenance of customer files
  • Update the corporate website with news on a periodic basis
  • Work with sales team to generate professional sales proposals
  • Tracking of sales canvassing, lead generation, sales appointments and proposals
  • Work with support to develop customer lead database
  • Work with Sales director to develop sales KPIs

Future Development

  • Assist Operations Director in vending machine ordering process
  • Assist Technical Manager in tracking of service parts ordering

The training you will be getting

  • In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Business Admin qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
  • Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
  • You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
