Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
In addition to the apprenticeship, training for the role will be provided to improve the accreditation for the employee. The business always encourages training to help improve the knowledge and ability of staff to help them improve their career. We ask that this effort is replicated from the employee to use their newly qualified knowledge to help improve the business performance.
Training will be done at the business head office in Gateshead, no additional travel will be required.
All training will be conducted and reviewed by the college representative at our office in Gateshead. The apprentice will be able to use the office to help them progress through their works.
