What you will do in your working day

• Using IT including Microsoft software such as excel, word, publisher and powerpoint
• Organising both internal and external meetings including multi-progress meetings, safety committees and others.
• Taking minutes and internal and external meetings
• Project based work – this may possibly be full administration for a specific scheme, working on tender, pricing, progress and completion
• Social media work – showcasing work carried out by the employer and charity events
• Delegating work to other members of the office
• Coaching members of staff on subcontractors orders
• Logistics – arranging hotel stays for staff members
• Planning and organising events
• Suggesting improvements to working processes
• Producing letter
• Analysing data and producing reports
• Managing resources such as stationery etc.
• Dealing with potential customer issues/complaints
• Dictation (copy light)
• Finance work – the transponding of bills
• Internal customer service – liaising with contracts managers
• Gathering feedback from customers once jobs are complete
• Making and receiving phonecalls
• Writing and responding to emails
