    A competitive starting salary of £17,000 - £19,000 will be offered. The company has a structured, discretionary, bonus scheme.

    Monday – Thursday: 08.00 – 17.00. Friday: 08.00 – 16.30. With day release for NTU.

What you will do in your working day

Main duties: 

  • Assisting the estimator with initial subcontract enquiries
  • Measurement from drawings and completed works on site
  • Analysis of subcontractor quotes
  • Procurement and placing orders with subcontractors & suppliers
  • Assisting in the valuation of variations
  • Assisting in project valuations and final accounts

The training you will be getting

The successful apprentice will study Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (Quantity Surveying) studying towards a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management delivered by Nottingham Trent Univeristy, studying at NTU one day per week.
