What you will do in your working day

 Front of house reception and switchboard
 Welcoming clients and accepting deliveries
 Assist with typing letters and other documents
 Monitoring office stationery and liaising with office administrator
 Assist with processing & scanning of incoming post
 Processing outgoing post
 Photocopy/Scan documents for colleagues
 File closing
 Making refreshments for clients
 Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times
 Assist colleagues with meeting room bookings
 Assist with general organisation/tidiness of office to comply with Health & Safety

The training you will be getting

You will receive support from an assessor to help you prepare for your End Point Assessment covering:
● Knowledge
● Skills
● Behaviour
As required to meet L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship Standard.
You will attend online masterclasses every other week for 1 day.  Maths & English Level 2 (if required).
Qualification achieved: L3 Business Administrator
