What you will do in your working day

  •  Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Managing the incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation and organisation
  • Entering supplier invoices into the system with meticulous attention to detail
  •  Assisting with credit control activities, including following up on outstanding invoices
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents
  •  Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
