What you will do in your working day

-Assisting the Cook and Assistant Cook with the preparation of main meals, desserts and any other hospitality catering
- Serving lunch to teachers, students and guests
- Working as part of a team to ensure that you work in a clean and hygienic kitchen environment

The training you will be getting

- You will recieve your Level 2 Qualification 

- You will attend our Waterfront centre 

- You will attend college once a week
