What you will do in your working day

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Positive Contractor's goals and objectives, focusing on enhancing brand presence and visibility.
  • Creative Ideation + Storytelling: You’ll be encouraged to think big and generate original ideas to execute. We want to stand out, go against the grain, and create an ‘OR’ brand. This includes brainstorming creative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Freedom to create engaging and compelling content across Instagram and TikTok. You will LIVE
    AND BREATH content and enjoy being the ‘face of the brand’. This may involve collaborating with internal teams or external
    partners to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate and work closely with other departments and colleagues on the tools and operations to tell stories across the business. Foster a cohesive team environment and share insights to drive collective success.
  • Live and Breath It: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to stay ahead of the competition. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement and learn from your content.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the company. Encourage a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • You will be required to travel to different locations, capturing the content of the working environment to engage audiences on our online platforms.

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Training will delivered mostly remotely with some face to face teaching by EEVT
  • The employer will give you time out of your working week to focus on your qualification.
