What you will do in your working day

  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with clients
  • Working with spreadsheets
  • Daily logging of mail and/or parcels onto various internet platforms
  • Invoicing
  • Other general office administration
  • Managing the company's social media side is an optional opportunity for apprentices who may wish to do so

The training you will be getting

You will be required to attend classes at Kidderminster College one day a week to achieve the level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
