    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

    Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 4.30pm and Friday, 9.00am -- 4.00pm. Depending on recruitment and career events throughout the academic year, there may be evening work.

What you will do in your working day

You will carry out various administrative duties:

  • Deal with enquiries and respond to applicants through various channels
  • Data entry - updating details, creating new entries, editing details
  • Liaising with new and current customers and learners
  • Assist with creating engaging content for our social media platforms
  • Support with and attend careers/recruitment and other promotional events across locations
  • Support with marketing activities
  • Increase engagement via social media channels
  • Create and collate online surveys
  • Some reception and general administration duties

The training you will be getting

  • You will be working towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
  • Face-to-face teaching sessions will take place within Springboard every fortnight - for 6 hours
  • Maths/English sessions take place every Friday if you are successful and require resits of these

Following the completion of the Level 3 programme candidates may like to look at Human Resources as a progression route.

Things to consider

· You must be flexible and willing to attend some events after normal working hours. · All staff have enhanced DBS checks as you will be working with vulnerable groups. · There may also be occasional evening and weekend work to support various events
