What you will do in your working day

The role will include duties such as:

  • Answering Telephones
  • Providing advice and supporting customers with enquiries
  • Updating and managing the companies database
  • Working on Excel Spreadsheets
  • Data Entry
  • Sending out marketing material
  • Follow up emails to customers
  • Plus much more

  • Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Business Administration
