What you will do in your working day

Role Includes: 

1.       Search through CV Job applications and vet candidates to fit relevant roles we have available.

2.      Place job ads on job boards.

3.      General Admin duties on our sabre system/compliance checks rectifying to be correct.

4.      Training given to become a recruitment consultant.

5.      Answering the landline and call handling – Level of sales calls involved

6.      All offices duties asked by manager to complete. Training provided where needed.

7.      Be efficient on computers with Windows/excel etc.

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard:

The successful applicant will be allocated with an assessor who will visit them in the workplace once every 6-8 weeks
