What you will do in your working day

Your duties will include:  

  • Using call lists to contact customers (daily target will be set) to enquire if they would like any beer/spirits ordered for the week and update call logs. 
  • General administration support across all areas of the business (office and taproom)- Answering email and telephone enquiries regarding venue bookings for parties, meetings, music and food trucks.  
  • Finance support - Bank reconciliations, purchase and sales ledger maintenance. 

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. Workplace delivery.
