What you will do in your working day

  • Assisting with day-to-day food preparation tasks.
  • Receiving and preparing produce and ingredients to the required standard.
  • Assisting in the preparation of dishes finished to the required standard.
  • Maintaining good order and cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • Adhering to all current food safety regulations.
  • Monitoring stock levels, placing orders for deliveries, and ensuring accurate quality checks on all food deliveries.
  • Washing cutlery and kitchen equipment used during food preparation.
