What you will do in your working day

  • Gain knowledge of our menus.
  • Use excellent customer service skills to take orders for Hospitality staff to serve customers their food and drinks.
  • Manage guest queries.
  • Support with general duties during functions.

The training you will be getting

Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work based learning programme across 12 months. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 2 qualification as a Customer Service Practitioner

  • Upon completion of apprenticeship there is potential of a full time role available for the candidate
