What you will do in your working day

To support and assist in an administration function within the Sales or Servicing teams within the business, ensuring you fully understand how the organisation functions to facilitate you to develop and become a competent member of the team.

Duties will include:

  • Use IT software to produce emails or letters, analyse data, update a database, produce reports
  • Answering/directing client and suppliers queries
  • Client/supplier support by telephone/email
  • Uploading various paperwork to internal and external systems
  • Communicate internally and externally with all stakeholders
  • Use of social media
