What you will do in your working day

  • Experience in MRI Property Management software preferred not essential
  • Input invoices onto the property management software, mail merge documents on MRI.
  • Audio typing - minimum typing speed 70WPM
  • Liaising with utility companies
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Credit control
  • Monitoring office supplies and reordering them as needed
  • Operating and overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
  • Typing letters, reports and other business documents
  • Updating and maintaining records, both on paper and digitally
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff

The training you will be getting

  • Business Adminstrator Level 3, A Level Standand qualification and an apprenticeship/work experience with Cedar Harp.
  • The course is a mix of "Blended Learning" which means it will be both face to face, one day a week at Hammersmith & Fulham College and, on line training.
  • The course is "roll on roll off" so the successful candidate will start once their employment with Cedar Harp starts. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will be considered for a full-time position at Cedar Harp, should a full-time post become available.
