What you will do in your working day

This position is for someone who wants to learn more about Weddings & Events.

Within this role you will be trained to do the following:

  • Handling enquires that come in on a daily basis
  • Sending proposals to clients
  • Holding dates within our calendar system
  • Leading show rounds to potential clients
  • Completing final details with clients
  • Help set up for weddings & events
  • Helping run weddings & events on the day

The training you will be getting

Business Administration (Apprenticeship Standard) – Level 3

This Apprenticeship will be completed by working 4 days per week onsite with the employer, learning the job role and gaining valuable work experience, and then 1 day per week completing college work remotely.

Functional Skills in English and Maths may be completed alongside the Apprenticeship if necessary, however, passing this will be mandatory to receive the Apprenticeship qualification.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

You can become either operational within running the weddings & events or continue to learn and sell within the industry.

A lot of progressions you can go up to become Sales Director or Manager.
