What you will do in your working day

We would like to support our apprentice learn the ropes across a number of departments. We feel this would give them a strong understanding of Business and also help them choose a specialism in future years. 


Assisting the Marketing team

-       Creating marketing documents such as proposals, using templates

Assisting Project Management team

-       Administration tasks including updating spreadsheets and responding to queries

Assisting the Sales team

-       Sending out email invites and reminders

-       Rebooking appointments

-       Assisting with networking and event admin

Assisting the People & Culture team

-       Recruitment administration


As the apprentice becomes more established, we look forward to building on these tasks.

The training you will be getting

Training and Qualification Level;

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

·         Business Administrator Level 3

·         Functional Skills in English and maths if required

·         Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.

·         City of Bristol College

·         Training Off site in its entirety

·         Training will be 20% of the working time

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

After completing the apprenticeship, we would be considering your Career progression and further development, possibly specialising into one of the departments, such as Marketing, Projects or Sales.
