Telephoning clients and suppliers
Arranging appointments and meetings
Preparation Quotations and Invoices (formatting and branding only)
Follow-up of quotations and invoices
Following internal company processes relating to employee information, compliance and assets
Updating spreadsheets and data entry
General office admin including printing and scanning
Assisting with bookings for the company social calendar
Assisting with company travel bookings
Assisting the directors with general administration assistance

Study would be online during working hours to be agreed
Functional skills in Level 2 maths and English would be delivered, remotely or in person if required
