What you will do in your working day

This role is essential for supporting our digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media management, content creation, analytics tracking, and campaign execution

You will assist with:

  • Creation & ongoing management of our marketing and communication plan
  • Website management, social media accounts & general marketing campaigns
  • Utilisation market research & internal data to sharpen our message and increase our presence in the market
  • Content creation for blogs, emails, marketing materials & assets
  • Collaboration on the development & execution of digital & offline marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring & reporting on digital marketing analytics & KPIs
  • Assisting with search engine optimisation (SEO)

The training you will be getting

  • Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard: The successful candidate will undertake a fifteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM.
  • This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions. You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
  • You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of the programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.
  • This is a Level 3 qualification.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • For the right person, there may be the opportunity to progress on to the Digital Marketer Level 6 (Integrated Degree) Programme.
