What you will do in your working day

  • Supporting children in the classroom with learning, behaviour and routines
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support learning and close gaps in knowledge
  • Be a part of a supporting team of staff and work flexibly across school

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards the completion of a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
  • Training will be delivered face to face, online and through webinars
  • The school will provide in house training

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • You could be employed as a Teaching Assistant and progress to become a Learning Mentor or Higher Level Teaching Assistant
  • There may be an opportunity to continue on to a qualified contract as we are a growing school
