We are searching for the right candidate to give support to the existing team and learn all about administration processes throughout the Auction department. This critical role, is to give the current team the space to improve and grow the department, whilst giving our apprentice the support and guidance to become an integral part of that team.

What you will do in your working day

  • Assisting the Auctioneer and Auction Manager with any admin requirements.

  • Inputting data onto the Auction software system.

  • Sending out regular mailers to potential clients.

  • Getting involved with social media.

  • Updating databases

  • Tagging keys

  • Calling viewers and confirming viewings for next day

  • Taking payments via banking system

  • Cross checking information

  • Answering overflow telephone calls

  • Creating and updating diary schedule

  • Creating files for new properties

  • Filing relevant paperwork

  • Keeping filing cabinet files in correct order

  • Attending the auction on a bi-monthly basis

  • Generally assisting the department to maintain efficiency and ensure a smooth-running Auction

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
  • You will attend Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce
    Training once a week based in Radford, Coventry
