We also host 2 x face to face events per year, solely for our apprentices. We encourage apprentices to explore our various contracts within Dalkia and managers are given the autonomy to release their apprentice onto other contracts from time to time. This is stimulating for the apprentices as it gives them the exposure to different customers, environments, and tasks.
