What you will do in your working day

The position will encompass but not limited to, daily duties to include:

  • Daily routine of answering calls and emails promptly & in a professional manner
  • Using the Coach Manager system to raise quotations and to confirm bookings
  • Producing daily driver work tickets and duty sheets
  • Assist with rostering drivers and vehicles. Liaise with drivers regarding work schedule, and compliance with LCC & Local Authority contracts. Ensuring the ongoing compliance and recording of tachograph usage
  • Liaise with schools and all other clients in respect of quotations, bookings and queries
  • Monitor vehicles using the tracking system
  • Create driver Tour bags and complete Passenger Waybills
  • Assist the tour department in taking calls, understanding the reservation system and general marketing distribution
