What you will do in your working day

  • Record all incoming invoices and expenses using QuickBooks accounting software, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Coordinate internal purchase order procedures and maintain comprehensive records
  • Process expenses
  • Update and maintain profit and loss spreadsheets
  • Process banking transactions and reconcile bank statements regularly within QuickBooks
  • Manage supplier credit account applications
  • Create cost applications for projects
  • Office stationery & equipment orders
  • Arrange and book travel, transport and accommodation
  • Create project files for new jobs and maintain
    Risk Assessments & Method Statements
  • O&M Manuals
  • Manage Sub-Contractor PQQ process, ensuring Insurances and required docs are received and kept up to date
