What you will do in your working day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and serving customers face-to-face and on the telephone, answering queries
  • Providing customers with specialist advice, help and guidance
  • Encouraging customers to buy
  • Building customer loyalty and generating repeat custom
  • Handling payments
  • Progressing telesales through data entry to dispatch
  • Recording all sales on the daily sales sheets
  • Receiving, progressing and recording new stock
  • Signing in, returning, and taking payment for alterations and dry cleaning
  • Checking garments on receipt for flaws / marks and record these accordingly to avoid customer complaint
