Summary

You will be in a customer facing position, offering the highest customer service and recognising customer needs. Working as part of a team, you will be making sure each customer is well looked after. Duties will include serving and advising on a variety of drinks including alcohol and barista in an often-fast paced environment.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Standard Level 2.

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • 4 GCSEs including English and Maths (grade 4 or above)
