What you will do in your working day

The main responsibilities of the role will be supporting the QS team on:

  • Maximising profit and ensure our full contractual entitlement is claimed on each job.
  • Implementing and monitoring controls on all commercial aspects of our contracts.
  • Producing performance reports for KPI performance on all contracts.
  • Processing sub-contractor payments and making payment applications.
  • Control directly employed labour payments.
  • Assist with tendering and estimating of new opportunities.
