What you will do in your working day

  • Processing payments and transfers
  • Daily cash receipt and payment reconciliations
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining cashbooks for a various of bank accounts
  • Maintaining of employee attendance records
  • Purchase Ledger and sales Ledger duties
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts and information.
  • You will also be required to be flexible and carry out other ad hoc tasks and duties as and when required

The training you will be getting

  • Accounts Finance Assistant Level 2 Standard
  • Level 2 Certificate in Accounting
  • This qualification requires college attendance one day a week (Wednesday)

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent Accounts Trainee/ Accounts Assistant position within the company upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
