You'll complete the Association of Accounting Technicians Level 3 Accounts Assistant qualification over the course of 12-14 months.

This will be completed in partnership with our training provider, First Intuition. You'll spend 20% of your time, or one day a week on studying, with any extra time off needed for exams.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

You'll have the freedom to drive your own career. Once you've completed your AAT Level 3, you'll move onto Level 4, and then have the opportunity to complete a Chartered Accountant qualification.

But the opportunities don't stop there. If there is an aspect of the business that you enjoy, then you will be free to explore it. If this requires more training then we are happy to invest. Whether it's technical (eg. coding) or soft skills (eg. coaching), you'll only be limited by your own ambition.
