What you will do in your working day

We are thrilled to be offering an apprenticeship opportunity within our Transformation team to complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship Improvement Practitioner Diploma. 

This is to provide the right person with the chance to excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently to cater to the needs of our stakeholders. 

The purpose of this role is to assist in the design and planning of systems thinking reviews, assist and develop SharePoint permissions and document the process. 

Ideally, you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office. Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it enables you to engage with colleagues and external stakeholders.  

The training you will be getting

Level 4 Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship. 

Functional Skills at Level 2 in Maths & English if required. 

The apprenticeship training will be delivered in the workplace, no college attendance. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

At the end of the apprenticeship you will be able to demonstrate the specific qualifications, knowledge and skills required for this role.
