What you will do in your working day

We support local organisations to develop services that are delivered through the centre and strive to increase our footfall and interventions.

* Inputting and retrieving data

* Use of Xero (accounts package)

* Inputting cash sheets

* Checking bank statements

* Receiving and directing telephone calls - taking messages

* Meeting, greeting and directing visitors to the centre

* Increasing community exposure on social media

* Updating website i.e. timetable of community events

* General update of the website

* Updating policies and procedures, auditing dates / signatures

* Taking minutes of meetings at Partnership and Trustee Board meetings

* Manage office e-mails, responding and directing in a timely manner

* Support the development of an events booking system.

* Be part of a small, positive and compassionate office team

The training you will be getting

* Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard

* Functional skills in English and maths at Level 2 (if not exempt)

* Develop Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSB's)

* Complete End Point Assessment (EPA) Delivered on a 1-2-1 basis, with an appointed Learning Coach from Total People; remote delivery. Once complete, apprentices can progress onto other qualifications such as Foundation Degrees in areas such as Business Management.
