What you will do in your working day

  • Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
  • Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
  • Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families

The training you will be getting

  • You will be working towards your Early Years Educator level 3 qualification
  • On the job training - No day release to college
  • 4 day working week

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • You would be able to consider a career within a nursery, preschool, after school clubs or a creche
