What you will do in your working day

  • Responding and actioning emails and communicating by
    phone with colleagues
  • Formatting Cvs and posting roles on our website and LinkedIn
  • Collating weekly timesheets and updating spreadsheets
  • Computer based activities on IT systems including the Microsoft platforms 
  • Offer assistance to other team members as appropriate

The training you will be getting

  • In this role, you will be required to undertake the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
  • The training will be delivered in the workplace through assessment visits
  • On completion of the programme, you will complete an End Point Assessment
  • The delivery of training will take 18-months with an additional 3-months added to complete the end point assessment

Working across the operations and admin teams, this role has the potential to develop and cover administrative and financial aspects of the business.
