What you will do in your working day

To provide administrative support to the Practice to ensure that the Advisers relationships between their clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for any visitors to the office. Welcoming clients and third parties to any pre-arranged meetings.
  • Answering any incoming phone calls and maintaining a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
  • Make outgoing calls to clients, colleagues and third parties and directed by the Partner/ Practice manager where necessary.
  • Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations; supporting documentation, prior to sale.
  • Process applications accurately and record the required management information.
  • Maintain accurate client information, files/records, ensuring that clients are placed into a review system as agreed with the Partner.

This role may be closed early if a sufficient number of applications are received.

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Standard.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths if required.
  • End Point Assessment: Knowledge Test; Professional Discussion; Presentation/Q&A.
