What you will do in your working day

General;
1       To carry out supervised administrative work which supports the work of the department the apprentice is assigned to.

2       To develop competence using a variety of different IT packages to enter, edit and update information.

3       To ensure the effective and efficient control of information and data in line with GDPR requirements.

4       To participate in monitoring and maintaining Outlook mailboxes.

5       To maintain accurate and up to date records and provide data for decision-making.

6       To deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

7       To maintain and develop own knowledge and understanding, attending appropriate training and meetings, disseminating information across the team to and other relevant personnel.

 

Professional Development & Learning;
1       To assist with the co-ordination and administration of professional development activities for the Professional Development and Learning team.

2       To assist with the marketing of professional development activities, ensuring that the website up to date with professional development activities and events.

3       To prepare materials and resources for training activities

4       To respond to enquiries for development activities in a professional and timely manner, and to signpost enquiries relating to bespoke training activity to the relevant member of the team.

5       To input evaluation and analysis information sourced from participant feedback.

6       To provide assistance and support with both in-person and online professional development activities and events.

7       To assist with planning and preparation for internal and external events, keeping records and calendars up to date, and organising catering and facilities requirements for on-site activities.

 

Product Development;
1       To assist with the administrative maintenance of the qualification portfolio as directed by the Product Development Team

2       To prepare and maintain qualification lifecycle information, system records, supporting materials and other resources using various IT systems.

3       To assist with the upload of assessment materials for qualifications and end-point assessments.

4       Update information on webpage content on qualification pages so that they are accurate and up to date.

5       Assist with the provision of monthly statistics for decision-making purposes.

6       Assist with keeping project plans up to date.

Assist with compiling standard and non-standard reports. Support with meeting notes, diary management and organising stakeholder activity where required.

  • Delivery method and location of training to be confirmed
  • 12 months inclusive of 3 month EPA period.
