What you will do in your working day

1. Participate and support the Team Leader in effective planning, processes and procedures for the New College Swindon Partnership Team and their subcontractor organisations.

2. Monitor achievement of subcontractor funding contracts.

3. Positively promote Partnerships activity, creating opportunities to mutually share good practice, developing a strong network.

4. Monitor programme delivery to ensure contract compliance, ESFA subcontract standard audit requirements, Ofsted standards and New College Swindon Financial Regulations are adhered to.

5. Support the Partnership Team Leader, to enable them to develop a highly successful, collaborative network and team.

6. Provide funding reports to subcontracting organisations for invoicing purposes within agreed timescales.

7. Support the Team Leader with subcontracting organisations claims.

8. Support the Team Leader with Quality and Achievement Rates data and reporting.

9. Support with the yearly procurement activities as and when required adhering to the ESFA subcontract standard.

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard.

Blended on/off the job training at the college.

Attend weekly taught sessions.

The college operates across a number of sites and the job holder may be required to work at, attend meetings or training across any of the sites. An understanding of GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and the job holder’s responsibilities under these regulations is an essential element of this role. Training will be given to support you in meeting this requirement.
