What you will do in your working day

  • Part of your day will be based front of house
  • Face to face contact with customers in Reception
  • Answering calls
  • Managing the booking in system for vehicle repairs and services
  • Proactively supporting the customer with future requirements
  • Allocate work orders to Technicians and manage technician clocking on and off their jobs
  • Work as part of a team to drive outstanding customer service
  • The other part of your day will be based in our parts department serving internal and external customers, providing advice on products and parts available to them
  • Managing our social media

The training you will be getting

Full Business Administrator Level 3 Standard.

All training to take place at the employers' premises.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Uniform will be supplied.

Any progression routes will be discussed at the end of the apprenticeship.
