What you will do in your working day

  • A range of audit, accountancy and taxation work with general office skills.
  • Candidates will work within their training progress from core skills to leading audits.
  • Be client facing with management accounts and year end accounts within the intended 3 years of training to become a qualified accountant.

ACA is a great option if you're looking to become a chartered accountant and work in accountancy and finance. It opens a wealth of opportunities, as you can specialise in specific areas or sectors, or work broadly across multiple industries.

It consists of three levels:
Certificate Level: You’ll be introduced to the essentials of accountancy, finance, and businesses. You’ll learn about double-entry accounting, assurance, business and technology, law, management, and taxation.
Professional Level: This level teaches you how to apply technical knowledge to real-life scenarios. You’ll deepen your knowledge on financial reporting, audit and assurance, tax compliance, finance management, business strategy.

Please note this role is Hybrid with the potential to work from home 2 days a week 9:00 to 5:30 - Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 5:00 on Friday Large car park on site (parking never a problem) On bus routes, with nearest bus stop right outside the office 5 minute walk from Canley rail station (2 miles from Coventry station)
